3/31/2013 Renewals are PAST Due

If you have not already done so, please submit your required number of CEUs, signed Code of Ethics Policy, and renewal payment. You are currently in the 90 day grace period until June 30, 2013. During this grace period your credential(s) are noted in our records as inactive. Please note that all CEUs submitted during the grace period must have been earned between the dates of April 1, 2010 - March 31, 3013. Any CEUs submitted that were earned before or after these dates WILL NOT be accepted.
