Our EP program is growing! We have 2 great full-time opportunities for an experienced EP RN and EP Technologist in the Cath/Angio Lab at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center. The ideal candidates will act as leads during EP cases and, in addition, will cover all other cath/angio case types.
Both positions require a minimum of one-year previous experience in the field of electrophysiologic procedures in a Cardiac Catheterization/Angiography Lab. In addition, qualified applicants must have a thorough understanding of the principles of electrophysiology and, in particular, the electrophysiologic anatomy of the heart. Understanding of the variety of electophysiologic equipment and their adaptation to specific generators and knowledge and understanding of multiple advanced mapping systems (currently ESI) is also required.
EP RN – 2+ years of Cath Lab experience highly preferred. Previous Critical Care experience required. Current Washington State RN license (or eligibility), BLS, ACLS, and sedation credentialing required.
EP Tech – 2+ years of Cath Lab experience highly preferred. BLS required. RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) and/or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) preferred.
