Attention CCI Registrants
It is your responsibility to keep your address up to date in
our files. CCI is not responsible for incorrect address
information. To verify or change your mailing address please click
Registrant Services on the above menu to login, or
click here. If you do not know your User ID, please contact
the CCI national office by calling 1-800-326-0268 or send an
email here.
CEU Submission
Registrants who are submitting CEUs, please fax your CEUs to CCI's
dedicated CEU fax line at 1-919-882-8787. CEUs will post to CCI
CEU Tracker in approximately 2-3 weeks. CEUs faxed to any other
fax number WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Registrants who wish to mail CCI
their CEUs should not mail them in without full payment. Please
attach your CEUs to the CCI invoice you received, and mail them
both together.
Registrant Renewal Information
- Registrants whose credential is inactive as of 09/30/2007 (grace period ending 12/31/07) are required to retest to become active. Registrants who paid online but have not submitted CEUs, or those whose $45.00 late fee has not been paid, will be issued a refund. Registrants who sent in a check (CCI will not process a partial renewal click here for more details), will have their check returned to them. Registrants who are RCS, RVS, and RCIS will be required to retake the registry exam only. Registrants who hold CCT must retake the CCT exam. Applicants must complete an application and attach payment by check, money order or credit card information. .
- Registrants who needed to renew by 12/31/2007 have a 90-day grace period to complete their renewal process. Payments submitted between 01/01/08 and 03/31/08 must include a $45.00 late fee. CEUs not required for first renewal. If renewal fees are not received by 03/31/08, registrants who are RCS, RVS, and RCIS will be required to retake the registry exam. Registrants who hold CCT must retake the exam. Please don't let your credential go inactive, contact CCI now.
- Registry Level Registrants (RCS, RCES, RCIS, RVS) must accrue 36 CEUs every triennial cycle, 30 of which must be cardiovascular related. RCES credential was added to the list of Registries.
